| A/1C "Jack" Arnold was a Bomb Navigation System Repairman at Harlingen AFB, TX when selected for OCS. On graduation, 2Lt Arnold was assigned to Keesler AFB, MS for Communications Officer School. Jack was assigned to 17AF HQ in London from April 1962 to Mar 1965. Capt (sel) Arnold left the service in 1965 to attend Univ of Tennessee earning his BS in Electrical Engineering in June 1968. Jack worked for IBM for over 30 years. He earned a Master's in Business Admin from Arkansas State in 1976 and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Univ of Texas in 1983. Retiring in 1999 from IBM, Jack and wife of 48+ years, Janice, moved back home to Tennessee. He likes building things, is active in their Church and is working on a bonus room at home -- to house his model trains. |
